Garlic chutney 1

Ingredients:
1 cup of peeled garlics
2 tbsp Red chilly powder
salt to taste

Mehtod:

  1. Make a fine paste of garlic
  2. Add red chilly powder and salt
  3. Mix well and fill it in a jar.

Note: This dry garlic chutney can be stored for 90 days time. And can be used for multipurpose dishes. just by adding a little water you can eat it with kababs, vada pav, tikkis etc.
